Mr. Arandjelovic has worked in the real estate industry since 1982, as President of his wholly-owned company, Zoran Real Estate Ltd. He has also been involved with several publicly-traded companies including, Epsilon Energy Ltd., an oil and gas exploration and production company listed on the TSX (Executive Chairman and director since 2005), Martinrea International Inc., an automotive parts manufacturer listed on the TSX (director since December 2001), Black Hat Capital Inc., a capital pool company listed on the Exchange (director from May 2004 to October, 2006), Hawk Precious Minerals Inc., a junior mining company listed on the CNQ exchange (director since 2004 and Chief Financial Officer from May 2004 to December, 2006), Jardincap (President, Chief Executive Officer and director since 2007) and Largo Resources, a junior mining company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (director from April 2004 to June 2006).He is also President and owner of Capital Z Corporation, an investment firm, since 1986. Mr. Arandjelovic received his Bachelor of Arts from York University in Toronto, Ontario, in 1982. His membership as a TREB Broker in the Toronto Real Estate Board is current. He received his real estate broker designation with the Real Estate Council of Ontario in 1982 and that designation is still current.
Joseph Feldman has been President of Joseph Feldman Consulting Services Inc., a private Ontario corporation providing consulting services and business advice, since January 1, 2008. From June 1975 to December 2007, Mr. Feldman was engaged in the practice of law in the Province of Ontario. From August 1977 to December 2007, Mr. Feldman was a partner in the law firm of Torkin Manes, LLP, a mid-sized downtown Toronto law firm. During the course of his legal career, Mr. Feldman advised many small and mediuim sized businesses primarily in the real estate industry in the Province of Ontario. Mr. Feldman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto (1969), a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Kent (1970), a Bachelor of Law Degree from Queens University (1973) and a Master of Laws Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School (2001).
Based in Toronto, Ontario, Gary Perkins has been in corporate finance for more than 20 years, as President of Seapoint Financial Corporation, a private lease finance company, from 1986 to 1993 and, since 1993, as President of Surefund Capital Corporation, a private financial consulting company. Having taken more than three dozen companies public, Mr. Perkins has extensive experience in corporate finance and equity capital markets. Mr. Perkins has a B.Comm from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
With more than 35 years of experience in the finance and junior mining industry in Canada and other parts of the world, Mr. White brings a wealth of mining experience to the company. Mr. White has served on a number of boards of Canadian public companies. At present, he serves on the Board of Wits Basin Precious Metals and Hawk Uranium as an Officer and Director and as a Director on the Boards of Kalahari Resources and Atikwa Minerals Corporation.
Mr. Groenewegen has gained an in-depth understanding of the hard commodities and mining markets through over 20 years working directly in the brokerage industry and capital markets. He is the founder of Silver Arrow Capital Management, Ltd., a Cayman based hedge fund. Mr. Groenewegen has extensive experience as a mining analyst and frequent guest panelist on news and television network programming on Bloomberg TV. Mr. Groenewegen is a lawyer by education.
Mr. Tazi has over 7 years of combined experience in public accounting and in industry, and has earned his Bachelor degree from Loyola University Chicago. Mr. Tazi has been the Controller of Tawsho since summer 2010.
Edward L. Procyshyn Geo - Le Groupe GeoInfo Ltd. is a consultant to the company, and provides the geological expertise to advise, guide, and manage the execution of present exploration undertakings for Tawsho Mining Inc. Edward completed his undergraduate degree in Geological Engineering at the University of Manitoba and undertook his Ph.D. graduate studies at Queen’s University, Kingston Ontario where he specialized in the study of economic mineral deposits, petrology, geochemistry, structural geology, tectonics and regional metallogeny. He undertook teaching and research at Concordia University from 1979 -1995 in the area of mineralogy, petrology, economic geology of mineral deposits, structural geology, tectonics, field mapping and introductory geology for engineers. In 1995, Edward formed his own company Le Groupe GeoInfo and has worked as a consultant.
Edward has over 30 years of field experience in mineral exploration. He has worked for Aldershot Resources, Amax Exploration, Canico, Inco, Noranda, SNC-Lavelin and MERF-Quebec Government to complete regional and structural mapping of mineral deposits, to undertake and to manage regional exploration programs and to complete detailed property examination, core logging and evaluation projects. As a consultant he has examined and studied geological records of mineral properties in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, northern Spain, east Africa and Canada to evaluate their economic potential and to recommend a future course of action. He has undertaken local field studies, including detailed structural and geological mapping and laboratory examination of mineralization for those recommended properties to verify and support these conclusions. In Canada, he has worked in British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec (Abitibi region, Otish Mountains, Gaspé), New Brunswick and most recently Newfoundland.
