Tawsho is a Canadian-focused mineral exploration company concentrating on the acquisition, exploration and development of gold, base metal and industrial mineral resources.

Tawsho is presently developing its Chevrier Gold Property (covering 9,542 Ha) 30 km southwest of Chibougamau, Quebec and its Cabot Graphite Property (covering 2,500 Ha) 10 km north of Baie Verte, Newfoundland.

At Chevrier, Tawsho is working to upgrade the historical gold resource of 650,574 oz @ 5.42 g/t Au to a NI 43-101 compliant inferred resource.

At Cabot, Tawsho is working to complete a metallurgical study to determine the grade, purity and flake size distribution of the graphite present with the goal of developing a NI 43-101 inferred resource.

Tawsho currently has about 31.5 million shares issued and outstanding.

Zoran Arandjelovic

Chairman and Director

Mr. Arandjelovic has worked in the real estate industry since 1982, as President of his wholly-owned company, Zoran Real Estate Ltd. He has also been involved with several publicly-traded companies including, Epsilon Energy Ltd., an oil and gas exploration and production company listed on the TSX and Martinrea International Inc., an automative parts manufacturer listed on the TSX (director since December 2001). Mr. Arandjelovic received his Bachelor of Arts from York University in Toronto, Ontario, in 1982.

In March 2014, Mr. Arandjelovic brought Rockefeller Hughes Corporation public on the TSX Venture Exchange (“RHC”) as President and CEO. Rockefeller Hughes is publicly-traded oil & gas company, head-quartered in Toronto, Canada and with revenue-generating assets located in Texas, USA.

Joseph Feldman

Director

Joseph Feldman has been President of Joseph Feldman Consulting Services Inc., a private Ontario corporation providing consulting services and business advice, since January 1, 2008. From June 1975 to December 2007, Mr. Feldman was engaged in the practice of law in the Province of Ontario. From August 1977 to December 2007, Mr. Feldman was a partner in the law firm of Torkin Manes, LLP, a mid-sized downtown Toronto law firm. During the course of his legal career, Mr. Feldman advised many small and mediuim sized businesses primarily in the real estate industry in the Province of Ontario. Mr. Feldman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto (1969), a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Kent (1970), a Bachelor of Law Degree from Queens University (1973) and a Master of Laws Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School (2001).

Vance White

Director

Mr. H. Vance White has served as President of Noble Mineral Exploration since 2003. Mr. White also serves on the Board of Directors of TSX Venture Exchange-listed mineral exploration company Tawsho Mining Inc. He has also been a director and/or officer of several other reporting issuers, including AfriOre Limited and Dickenson Mines Limited.

Stephen Balch, P.Geo.

Director

Stephen Balch has over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration as a geophysicist with expertise in geophysical techniques used to identify nickel-copper sulphide and platinum-group-element deposits. He has worked with Inco Limited in the Sudbury Basin and at Voiseys Bay and has consulted to a number of major and junior explorers including Falconbridge Limited, Anglo American Canada, Lonmin plc and FNX Mining Company Ltd.

Mr. Balch was President of Aeroquest Limited, helping take the company public in 2004 (AQL:TSX) and founded Hudson River Minerals Ltd. in 2008, taking the company public as President and CEO in 2010 (HRM:TSXV).

Mr. Balch joined Tawsho Mining Inc. as President, CEO and Director in June, 2013.

Harry Chang, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chang has an extensive career of over twenty years in financial management in both industry and public accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Initially with Ultramar and later with a subsidiary of Exxon, Mr. Chang gained more than ten years of management experience in the oil and gas industry. His tenure in this sector included durations in internal audit, corporate taxation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, automotive sales, marketing and distribution, planning and analysis, and industrial and wholesale.
